1995 : Company Registered by Mr. R. Krishnakumar and Mr. V. Haribaskar, Technocrats having more then 25 yrs of industrial experience
1997 : Supply of Spare parts to Paper mills
2000 : Supply of Spare parts to Roofing sheet manufacturers
2003 : Closed major order to supply, portion of the Paper and Roofing sheet machine
2004 : With excellent quality standards maintainted, closed major order to supply of Complete machines and systems for Cement roofing sheet manufacturers
2006 : Closed the order to supply the paper machinaries for 20 TPD paper mill with own design
2005 : Got the repeat orders to supply the Paper machines and Cement roofing sheet machines
2007 : Started supply of Food processing machines mainly conveyor systems
2008 : Foundation laid to build the Foundry to produce Castings (Sri Vishnubalaji Castings)
2010 : Supply of additional systems for food processing industries
2011 : Supply of Export order - Roofing sheet machines
2012 : Completes supply of Complete machines and systems for Customer's 10th Plant to manufacture the cement roofing sheets
2013 : Supply of Additional systems for Food processing industries like batch dryers
2014 : Supply of paper machine system for 300 TPD paper mills
2014 : Enhancement of Foundry with Additional investments & Change in the name of the foundry Shri Balaji Steel cast
